A short film titled ‘Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey’ has been doing the rounds over the internet which stars deceased TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee in the lead role. Pratyusha who shot to fame with her role of ‘Anandi’ in the popular Television show ‘Balika Badhu’ had allegedly committed suicide last year on April 1st in her apartment in Mumbai. Pratyusha was suffering from depression due to her troubled relationship with boyfriend, Rahul Raj, who was accused of abetting the suicide.
TV actress Kamya Punjabi who was a close friend of Pratyusha released the short film on her best friend’s death anniversary on April 1. Kamya claimed that the film was shot one-and-a-half months prior to Pratyusha’s death and is the last project that Pratyusha had worked in. Hence it is the last memory of Pratyusha to share with her friends, family and fans. The story of the short film revolves around heartbreak and depression, which were believed to be the main reasons behind the actress’s drastic step.
