How to run iOS Simulator in Web Browser?

The iOS Simulator is basically aimed at helping the developers of Apple so that it would be easier for them to develop apps of iPhone and iPad on a Mac. For a web designer, the iOS simulator app can be useful for checking the web designs on an iPhone or iPad even without the presence of the device in real. The iOS Simulator consists of the built-in Safari app which is almost like having the actual device.

The iOS Simulator is applicable especially for Mac users but Linux or Windows users can avail the Browser stack tool for directly running the authorized iOS Simulator in Web Browser so that there would not be any need to install additional software for this purpose.

First of all, you need to open an account at Browser Stack and then select the platform as β€˜iOS’. Then, you need to place your website URL in the input box and select an iOS device from the options provided (such asiPhone 3GS, 4, 4s, 5 or iPad 1, 2, 3). Besides, you can even change devices when you are still inside the iOS Simulator. This means that if the Mac to which you are connecting, by the help of your Web Browser is already running the iOS Simulator app, then you can open any of your other websites by double clicking on the Safari icon, even when you are inside the iOS simulator app yet.

This is almost same as using the original Safari app which is there in a real iOS device. The only difference is that instead of using the touch pad of the iPhone or iPad, in this case you will have to use your mouse to connect to the app.

This scheme provides a testing of 30 minutes. To add to this, along with the iOS Simulator, the Browser Stack consists of various emulators also for a large number of Android devices.
