The gruesome earthquake that occurred on 25th April, 2015 led to severe devastation of lives (death toll rises to more that 3000) and property in Nepal and also affected some parts of India. Along with ground, the earthquake also affected the climbers of Mt. Everest when it generated a huge avalanche.
Watch this horrific video shot by one of the climbers Jost Kobusch, during the avalanche which struck the Everest base camp claiming 18 lives and left at least 61 injured. In the video you can see an extensive cloud of snow rapidly approaching the base camp making the ground shake and the mountaineers are helplessly running here and there to save their lives.
It is rightly said that the wrath of mother nature is unpredictable!
